Job Description -

As the Marketing & Communications Manager,you're the orchestrator of our narrative. Your role extends beyond conventional titles you're the curator of our story, the conductor of our impact, and the architect of our mission. We're not merely building classrooms; we're crafting realms of possibility for students nationwide. Your influence is not just integral; it's transformative, ensuring that our tale of innovation, growth, and boundless education captivates hearts and minds everywhere. Roles and responsibilities -

  • Content Marketing - Cultivate and disseminate impactful content to engage stakeholders (educators, influencers, parents) via blogs, and across vibrant social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, coupled with strategic email marketing.
  • Architecting our Brand as a Thought Leader - Conceptualize and drive initiatives to position Redwood as the vanguard in experiential learning and travel-based education, solidifying our presence as the thought leader in the realm.
  • Public Relations - Initiate stategies to build and maintain public relations across channels to attract potential leads, and employing strategies that spark engagement and generate inquiries for conversion.
  • Stakeholder Experiences - Work around creating attractive and impactful pre, on going and post program experiences for the students and other stakeholders travelling with Redwood.

Requirements -

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Graphic designing and video editing skills
  • Experience of handling social media engagement
  • Proficient in content marketing, experience of crafting compelling blogs and being responsible for its performance
  • Adept in email marketing and SEO strategies, showcasing expertise in enhancing digital visibility.
