Role : Retai/ Brand Associate (Hyperlocal)

Role Type : Fulltime

Location : Jaipur/ Lucknow / Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceedingly monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
• Establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance.
• Mapping key clients and agencies in the region for pitching the company advertising / marketing solutions
• Build trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes and performance for the region.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Execute the sales strategies, manage sales & sales territories and leverage the right resources to optimize the results.

• Is networked with local business in these zones
• Is a good communicator in any of two -Hindi, English, and operates with lot of trust and confidence
• Maps the whole opportunity for localized advertisements in the area that is assigned to him - Retail stores high end, Garment showrooms, jewellery shops, schools, health centres, spa, auto dealers, local builders, clinics, furniture showrooms etc
