Who are we looking for
At Airblack, We are looking to build and scale a best-in-class marketing and brand function. As a Brand Assistant Manager, you will be the owner of Airblack brand positioning, and take charge of building a creative content powerhouse that drives both social media impressions and organic revenue growth.
From analyzing creative performance and audience attributes to creative brainstorming and creator partnerships, you will be the central source of all content marketing initiatives at Airblack.

What would you be doing
- Brand Positioning & Growth: Develop & execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to generate social media eyeballs and drive organic acquisition & revenue
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with teams across performance marketing, GTM operations & social media to lead creative ideation and end-to-end delivery across performance marketing and brand campaigns. Be the central driver of new content IP creation and campaigns development at Airblack
- Creative Delivery: Own and execute all aspects of creative assets delivery including brief, script writing, production, editing and coordinated delivery across campaigns
- Social Content & Impressions: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth across platforms including YouTube and Instagram.
- Influencer Partnerships: Develop partnerships with Makeup & beauty influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on YouTube and Instagram campaigns, drive acquisition campaigns, and amplify Airblack's message
- Creative & Social Media Analytics: Own analytics and performance measurement on all creative campaigns & marketing assets to discover opportunities and drive outcomes. Monitor YouTube and Instagram analytics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
What makes you a suitable candidate
We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
- Experience: 1-4years of experience on brand and content strategy management with fast-growing consumer brands
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- You consume a lot of content and are able to generate out-of-the-box creative ideas on the go.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- You have a consistent track record of developing and maintaining extensive relationships with creative, production, and influencer agencies
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- You have a proven track record of taking high ownership and willingness to execute hands-on when needed
