Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management:
- Add and maintain new product listings on the app, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly update product availability and effectively manage product categories to enhance the user experience.
Banner and Visual Updates:
- Update app banners and visuals to align with current promotions, events, and seasonal changes.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain engaging, on-brand visual content across the app.
Developer Coordination:
- Partner with developers to implement app updates, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth app functionality.
- Oversee app testing and manage the deployment of new features to provide a seamless user experience.
Social Media Integration:
- Align app content with social media campaigns to create a unified and consistent brand experience.
- Ensure that all social media events and promotions are accurately represented on the app in real time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BCA is more preferable.
- Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in managing mobile applications or e-commerce systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of design and visual appeal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
