Job Description
As a Service Branch Head at Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the service operations of our dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the efficient functioning of our service centre.
Key Responsibilities
Service Centre Management:
Lead and manage the service centre team, including service technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Customer Satisfaction
Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that service requests and inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Foster positive relationships with customers and build long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise
Stay updated on products and services to provide expert technical advice and support.
Conduct training and development programs for service staff to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels to support service operations.
Monitor inventory turnover rates and optimize stock levels to minimize downtime.
Budget And Cost Control
Prepare and manage the service department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial discipline.
Reporting
Generate regular reports on service department performance, including key metrics such as service turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of [X] years of experience in a leadership role within the construction equipment or heavy machinery service industry.
Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, preferably JCB machinery.
