- Responsible for exploring the new customers and business development with the team.
- Increase sales of the Branch for the given segments and applications.
- To motivate and guide the team and provide training as and where required to the team.
- To get samples tested for new clients as per the requirement with team.
- Taking weekly and monthly review meeting with team in view of insuring profitability and reach in Industry.
- Planning of the products requirement and communication it to the concerned team for dispatches,.
- Sharing progressive reports to the managements and fixing targets for the months.
- Accountable for Liaoning and outstanding clearance of the assigned branch and other works.
