Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager for our MEF or SFP Lending product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the product and establishing sustainable partnerships and customer relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
1 Sales Management: Responsible for the sales of product, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
2 Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, including both existing and new clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues.
3 Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers, addressing and resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.
4 Channel Management: Handle and source business from various channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSA), Connectors, and Chartered Accountants. Take complete ownership of the sales channel management process, which involves lead tracking, follow-through, and pay-outs.
5 Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
6 Operational Management: Oversee operational activities related to sales, perform sales data analytics, and prepare reports for periodic business reviews and conferences.
7 Customer Retention: Deepen relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
8 Lead Generation: Generate referrals from the internal database and network to expand the customer base.
Competencies Required:
1 Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
2 Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of machinery/equipment products across NBFCs.
3 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude with creative thinking skills to address and resolve customer and business issues effectively.
