Team handling-Managing multiple AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement
Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business
Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch
Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.
Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required Deliver on Sales Targets of online business adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings
