Job Overview
As a Branch Sales Manager at Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills
- Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the travel industry with end to end UMRAH knowledge
- Strong knowledge of travel management, including Umrah and travel consulting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the travel industry
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and travel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement
