Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager at Shriram Housing Finance Ltd. in Bengaluru. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and implementing sales plans.

CTC maximum 5 lakh/annum

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Market research and data analysis capabilities
• Customer relationship management skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
