Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Executive with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our products and services. The candidate will be based in India and will report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell our products and services to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
