Branch Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including Disbursement and customer relationship.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Micro business loan disbursement.
- To maintain TAT & Quality of the files at the time disbursement
- Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters.
- To co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Postgraduation: Any Post Graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
