Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that the process controls are implemented at the branch as per the timelines specified and strictly adhered as per the changes with emphasis on Gold Loans, Lockers, Deliverables, Dual Control and Key Handling, Cash, Notice Board updation and CCTV review.
- To improve the employee engagement score to the highest extent possible and to ensure employee reviews are taken in to consideration for betterment of team strength.
- Ensure timely completion of training requirements of all staff and BOH before deadlines. Ensure employees are trained and briefed on changes in regulations.
- Acts as a trusted partner to internal and external clients by delivering superior, honest advice, products and services.
- Strengthen the TAT to improve customer efficiency which helps to achieve business goals. Holds self-accountable for ensuring timely processing of customer instructions.
