Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Pune. As the Branch Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, building and maintaining relationships with micro and small enterprises, and ensuring delivery of customized financial products. You will be accountable for achieving branch targets, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to the growth and success of the branch and the company as a whole.
