Job Description

Education qualification: Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers from rural areas
  • Responsible for leading a sales team at the Branch Level.
  • Duties include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing the performance of the sales team.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as the Credit and operation team, to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets -Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the branch locality.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Collections
  • Extensive travel within the branch catchment.
