The company started with one item, Thepla, and has now grown to offer over 250 different dishes from five outlets. All the food is prepared fresh on order, with no preservatives or artificial colors. The brand aims to expand to 50-plus outlets across India and international destinations in the next few years.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Thepla House by Tejal's Kitchen in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Good understanding of inventory management
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
