Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for our operations in Delhi NCR. As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation across all products, fostering business development, and providing high-quality investment advisory services to Retail and HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue across all products (Trading, Investing, TPP) through unbiased and high-quality investment advisory.
- Develop and nurture new customer relationships while effectively managing existing ones to enhance revenue generation, profitability, and market visibility.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Regional Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Research & Advisory, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Cultivate relationships with HNI, Retail, and corporate clients to acquire and retain business for the company.
- Lead a sales team to achieve revenue and acquisition targets.
- Provide end-to-end service solutions to existing customer relationships proactively.
- Manage sales and expansion of Equity, Distribution business, and broking activities.
- Educate customers on various investment avenues and provide tailored advice based on their risk appetite and time horizon.
- Conceptualize and implement sales promotional plans through various marketing channels.
- Update customers on changes and trends in the business landscape.
- Ensure continuous updating of MIS reports and other business reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer financial needs.
- Resolve client queries and escalate major issues to reporting relations.
- Cross-sell other products and services offered by the organization.
- Be accountable for achieving pre-defined targets for sales, revenue, and profitability within set timeframes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, account management, and product management.
- NISM-8 certification is required.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, collaboration, and time management.
