Branch manager job description:
_Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the banks objectives._
_Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel._
_Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans._
_Meet goals and metrics._
_Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately._
_Locate areas of improvements and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities._
_Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs._
_Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly._
_Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company._
