Job Role:

• Branch administration at authorizer level
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
• Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles
• Regulatory compliance.
• Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
• Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and insurance products.
• Fee income.

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
3. Retail Assets funding exposure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have sales orientation
• Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
• 4 - 7 years banking experience of which 2-3 years, leading a branch as Branch Manager
