PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for branch productivity.

Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.

Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.

Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branch.

Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensure profitability of strategic SBU
