Objective

Lead branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service, streamline banking operations, manage costs, and ensure full compliance with all external and internal regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic & Planning

Implement branch plans with guidance from the Cluster Head; set and track branch targets.

Develop and manage the branch budget in alignment with corporate goals.

Functional

Build strong relationships with key customers, offering guidance on financial decisions.

Create strategies to capture market opportunities within Branch Banking.

Recommend and implement marketing strategies for products and services.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies; support audit activities and maintain branch standards.

Develop sales and marketing plans with the Channel Head; monitor market penetration and adjust strategies as needed.

Lead cross-selling efforts and manage high-value clients, aiming for target achievement.

Internal Process

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Monitor processes to maintain turnaround times and service levels.

Review report accuracy for submissions to Head Office and regulatory bodies.

People Development

Foster a high-performance culture through monitoring, feedback, and coaching.

Identify and address training needs; build a succession pipeline and ensure high employee engagement.
