The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable in sales and operation of all branch activities. In addition to sales he will be responsible for achieving sales target managing key relationships and ensures business development across all distribution segments (Independent Financial Advisors, National Distributors, Private & Foreign Banks, PSU & Co-op Banks etc.) and manage Corporates & SMEs at respective location.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
- Drive all business segments by diligent deployment of targets across segments.
- Prospecting, selling & managing channel partners in the area.
- Empanel & Activate distributors by providing timely support on product and skill training.
- Identification, Acquisition and development of new markets/ Business opportunity.
- Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO.
- Regular monitoring & review of individual productivity of the team members.
- Ensure right- selling by all team members (if any) through regular training.
- Ensuring Compliance with regulations.
- Daily Branch MIS tracking, identify and implement corrective actions
- Responsible for smooth, timely and error free branch operation service.
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent in Business
- 7+ years of management or supervisory experience
- NISM VA certified
