Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Navnit Insurance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, developing business strategies, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also be involved in recruiting, training, and motivating staff members.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Meet revenue and profit targets of the Branch
• Develop, motivate, guide and manage a team of performing POSPs and Sales Personnel & retain key resources
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in front end insurance sales ( retail and/or corporate, across different classes of insurance)
• Proven experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze business performance and develop strategies
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience in team management and development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
