Job Title - Branch Manager (Micro LAP, Gandhidham, 3-5 years Experience)

CTC - up to 6 LPA

Role Description:

Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development

operations

Market Penetration through direct/indirect marketing activities

Manage and lead the Ro's at the branch

Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads

Ideating & training the team to enhance the brand awareness and enhance sales engine

Interface with the customer and provide efficient service

Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch

Qualifications:

• A graduate / P.G in any discipline
• Must have team handling Experience
• Must have prior experience of 3 - 5 years in Micro LAP
• Must have good knowledge of the locale
• Good Communication Skills
• Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
