Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. located in Agra. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the branch meets its targets and goals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.

- Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
