Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee operations at our branches in Wadakkanchery (Vazhakode), Irinjalakkuda (Thrissur), Kunnamkulam (Thrissur), and Chavakkad (Thrissur). The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, with strong leadership skills and a track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and monitor operational processes and procedures to meet company standards.
- Manage branch resources, including staff, inventory, and equipment.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the branch's territory.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve their goals and improve performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the branch.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement measures to optimize revenue and manage expenses.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with head office and other branches to align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role within the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales and business development abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Plus Two (12th Grade) or any degree from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on branch management.
