Branch Manager

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and Generating and maintaining the AUM of the branch

Responsibilities

• Generating leads thru Open Market, Channel Partners and DSAs
• Lead Generation and Follow-up with the team member
• Achieving the branch target by ensuring the good quality portfolio
• Hire and train all employees of the branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
• 5 years of experience into home loans
• Experience hiring and training individuals
