Qualifications and Skills

- 15 years of education (No diploma candidates)
- Proven 7 to 10 years of experience in a branch management or Bancassurance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliances, and data management
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- CIBIL score should be above 650
- Age criteria (25-34)
