Branch Manager

Home First Finance Company (HFFC) is a tech-driven affordable housing finance company with a pan-India presence. This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Home First Finance Company (HFFC) in Bengaluru. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining branch profitability, managing risk, and fostering strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Proven experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth
• In-depth understanding of the housing finance industry
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
