Roles And Responsibilities
You are mainly responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the branch's revenue and profit targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, by identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and ensure that the branch remains competitive and relevant.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Developing and training sales team and support staff and ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and equipped with the skills and resources to deliver outstanding results.
Ensure that the branch complies with Company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Work closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and technical support, to ensure that the branch's goals align with the Company's overall objectives.
