Branch Manager- Health Insurance

As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our branch. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring optimal performance.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet branch targets, including customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Deliver excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Manage branch finances, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.

Ensure that the branch complies with all health insurance regulations and laws, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations.

Analyze data to make informed decisions, monitor sales data, and other relevant metrics.

Identify and resolve issues efficiently, whether related to customer service, team dynamics, or operations.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the health insurance industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or similar).

Team Handling and management skills in Agency channel

In-depth knowledge of the health insurance industry.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Relevant experience in the Agency Channel-health insurance sector is a plus.
