Job Description
An ideal candidate for the Branch Manager role possesses 5-10 years of experience in the dairy/FMCG industry with at least 2-3 years of team handling experience. They exhibit strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving high productivity and fill rates, ideally with local market expertise
.
Team Handling Experience Required
Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Handle Daily cash collection, Indent Management, 2nd Leg transportation, Dispatch activities and Asset Management
Develop forecast, financial objective and business plans.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Preferably worked in the dairy industry for min 5 years to max 10 years (2-3 years of manager position experience required)
Should have understanding and knowledge about Retailers / Distributors / Agents.
Qualifications
- Candidates who have at least 2-3 years of experience as Managerial role are preferred.
- Any Graduation
