Responsible for overall Branch operations and profitability of the Branch Handling. Branch operations, Motivate and work along with the Branch team to achieve Branch set targets Month on Month. Ensure Gold Loan Growth at Branch Month of Month. Responsible for for canvasing and marketing all financial proudcts of Muthoot Finance. Building relationshipwith customers and follow up increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPA's.
Graduates/ Post Graduates with operations & Marketing experience in Banking and Financial Industry.
Managers who have served as Branch Head not below scale II grade who have a zeal to work for a Minimum period of 5 Yrs can apply.
