Job Description
Products/ Services: Lockers, Deposits, General and Life Insurance, Mutual Funds
Preferred Female candidates (those who are restarting their career after a break can also apply)
Responsible for the overall sales and operational function of the branch
Manage team to build sales / operational functional excellence
Handholding, mentoring and coaching for performance
Plan and execute activities to promote products and services to acquire clients
Engage client relationship to enhance stickiness thus creating opportunities for
up sell and cross sell.
Achieve product and revenue mix as will be decided my Management from
time to time.
Ensure promptness in handling MIS including escalations relating to sales
activities and documentation
Track and Manage performance of sales and back end staff
Adhere to rules and regulations, monitor them regularly
Take accountability for Consistent achievement of monthly targets.
Requirements:
Ability to stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market
movement and penetration
Experience in Sales Management with proficiency in Activity and Performance management.
Team Building and organizational skills.
Customer Centricity and results driven
Strong communication and people skills
Learning orientation.
Experience:
5+ years of Financial Products & Services sales experience
