- The Branch Manager - Direct Sales is responsible for offering customized insurance solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers. This role will act as an interface between the customer and the company, driving sales growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

L. Qualifications:
a) Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a direct sales environment.
- Life insurance sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
b) Functional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and insurance products.
- Ability to implement and follow a structured sales process.
- Experience in business planning and strategy execution.
- Understanding of competition benchmarking in the market.
