Responsibilities:

• End to End Accounting of our both companies up to making of Balance Sheet
• Preparation of sales bills ( Checking and monitoring )
• Preparation of outstanding statement and follow-up
• Preparation of quotation against enquiries, follow up with clients, closing order in coordination with team.
• Monthly sales analysis ( Customer Wise , Product Group Wise )
• Preparation Agenda for monthly meeting
• Checking ,analysing and monitoring stock
• Placement of order in line with sales forecast and past history
• Attendance Of all team
• Salary computation and statement
