Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (located in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work) for a Branch Manager at Cigpl. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, monitoring financial transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Branch Manager will also collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve branch goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry
