• Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customersn

• Establishing standards and delivery of servicen

• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressivelyn

• Sale of MF and Insurance productsn

• Fee Incomen

• Branch Administrationn

• Regulatory Compliancen

• Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team membersn

• Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch

Job Requirements:n

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilitiesn

• Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities productsn

• Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIBn

• Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)n

• Thinker: Doer 40:60n

• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processesn

• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer DELIGHT'n

• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
