Branch operation & Profitability.
Individual Target for 6 months.
Recruiting & managing Sales & Tele-Sales Team, with Team Incentive.
After 6 months on target achievement, will be responsible as a STATE HEAD.
Daily reporting in CRM
Branch Managers one each at - Mumbai ( different locations ), Indore ,
Nagpur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Kolkata, Hyderabad
Salary justification mandate ,1X of CTC to be justified from the 1st
month.
On 2X business for 2 months the branch gets open in your location.
Very High Incentive slabs. ( If someone is doing 6 times business assumed
5 lakhs in competitor's company, the Incentive achieved is 15000/- but for the
same business Incentive in bluechip is 90,000/- )
