Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bank branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills, and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Supervise and motivate branch staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and loan officers, to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, employee productivity, and profitability, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
- Ensure that all required reports, records, and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers, and ensure compliance with all security and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role in the banking industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
