Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kolkata. As a Branch Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, you will be responsible for recruitmenting sales manager, managing the branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include supervising a team of sales manager & insurance consultants, implementing sales strategies, providing training and development to your team, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Experience in the insurance industry is desirable
