Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Opening for a Branch manager at Agency-Life Insurance-Mumbai.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing agency life insurance operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team, setting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Any graduate
• Prior experience (56 years) in branch management in the Agency channel life insurance industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to build strong relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Must have leadership experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
• Prefer local candidates with good track record.
