Abreco Motors, a TATA MOTORS CV Dealer for Central Kerala, is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will lead the operations of our branch in Thrissur, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position for candidates with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives, service technicians, and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and optimize overall business operations.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of branch employees.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
