Branch Manager

Job Description:

The Branch Manager at Religare is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring business growth, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve branch performance. The Branch Manager will also be accountable for driving business development activities, managing risk, and providing financial services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff management and customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling financial products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to achieve set objectives and deliver excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve branch offerings.
• Ensure risk management procedures are followed to minimize potential losses.
