Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch HR at FPL AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai. The Branch HR will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and implementing HR strategies.

TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2 TO 3 YEARS in Branch HR

Salary : 20000 to 25000 + incentives

Interview Time : 10.00am to 12.00 pm

Job location : Korattur , Navallur, Sembakkam.

*Requirements and skills*

* Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

* Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

* Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

* Strong ethics and reliability

* BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
