Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Head at Workassist in Chennai. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes monitoring recruitment activities, coordinating with clients and candidates, and meeting business targets. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and expanding our customer base in the Chennai region.
