Branch Head

Hiring for Branch Head position to oversee the distribution products (Fans, Appliances & Utility Lighting) across Maharashtra. This is Mumbai-based role and will be responsible for managing the entire distribution network, ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 15-18 years of experience managing distribution channels for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), FMCD (Fast Moving Consumer Durables).

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

-Strong understanding of the Maharashtra market and distribution landscape.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills.

-Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving operational efficiency.
