We are hiring for Luxury automotive company based in Surat, Gujarat.

Being one of most prestigious automotive brands, the company is also tied up with Adani Group to provide transport & logistical services for their Mining operations.

The group has also set up a Pre Owned Car business with operations in Baroda, Ahmedabad, Surat & Nagpur.

Role: Branch Head

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Surat

Quick overview on the type of candidate we are looking for:

• Experience of about 10-15 years with at least 5 years in a Premium / Luxury Dealership brand or high end Retail brands.
• Beneficial if worked with automobile brands like Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda
• Experience in working with Luxury Retail brands is a plus
• Experience in handling a team of individuals is mandatory
• Able to develop Lead generation strategies for better business outcome
• Ability to speak and understand the local language is a plus
• Should have a good understanding of P&L and Margins

Education:

• Ideally Graduate with a PG Qualification in Management
