We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Head for our Pre-School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, Admission Sales, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality education and care for children, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and supporting staff members, including teachers, assistants, and administrative staff
- Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the school's curriculum and philosophy
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Managing the budget and financial operations of the branch
- Should be able to convert enquiries into admissions
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, students, and the community
- Leading by example and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a pre-school setting, a Bachelor's degree and strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education are essential.
