JOB PURPOSE: Drive Enterprise HR Services to corporate accounts.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition.
- Needs to have a data driven approach to analyse trends and align sales strategies accordingly.
- Taking ownership of assigned targets and ensure achievement by effective funnel review
- Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business
- Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.
- Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings
Incumbent profile:
- MBA, 15 years of experience (B2B/Corporate/Key Accounts) preferably in HR Services/Recruitment/Concept Services.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the branch level. Should have a growth mindset.

- Proven ability in reaching out to decision makers especially in a challenger brand scenario to ween away clients from Brand No 1.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 35-40LPA
